Responsible for ordering stock from our large number of international and national suppliers. Forecast orders. Scheduling deliveries. Shipping stock via air and ocean freight. reporting goods damaged and obtaining credits. Aiding our sales team and organising high value "special" non stock orders.

Responsible for the day to day running of the warehouse. Scheduling all goods in/goods out shipments.Checking all shipments entering and leaving the warehouse. Creating manifests for all shipments. Assisting in monthly and yearly stock takes.

Santa Cruz De Tenerife Area, Spain

I owned and managed 2 bar/restaurants in Las Americas Tenerife, Destiny Bar was the first which I built up to the point were I was in a position to open a second bar, The Leprechaun. I managed the day to day running of the businesses such as cash flow to staff rotas. This also involved dealing with customers and staff on an ongoing basis, ordering stock and maintaining correct levels. As bar manager/owner I was responsible for organisation of entertainment and creating promotions to attract new and regular customers.
