I am a multi-talented Architect, Designer & Producer with more than 10 years of project management experience. I have managed numerous projects: executed by my own company, sub-contracted for others, in both the private and public sectors, in as diverse business climates such as Venezuela, USA and Spain. My experience in management has been honed by a wide spectrum of conditions (settings, budgets, deadlines, scales, regulatory environments, stakeholder agreements, etc); being able to always deliver without disrupting creative aspects. Managing such a wide variety of challenges has resulted in the development of a strong ability to critically analyse situations, and adapt to their varying demands in order to achieve goals. I have gained significant experience in the areas of detailed project management, culturally sensitive teamwork building, inclusive management, and pre-production partnership building.In the last five years my work, both as research as in the field, has been focused in the audiovisual area, specifically in production tasks.
