In this role, I worked with the Integrity Manager at Gymnastics New South Wales, which is the state’s primary policymaker in the sport. I aided in implementing strategy as well as policy at a state and club level. Additionally, I read and analyzed many pieces on athlete wellbeing, state regulatory documents, and child safety. This involved researching child safety, complaints, and risk management, and making action plans to create new policies and regulations.

At Selective Insurance, I worked in the HR department specifically regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion. This involved researching, collecting data, and presenting on the efficacy of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the external market. In addition to managing the digital footprint and training for diversity and inclusion, I made many recommendations to upper-level management regarding employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. Additionally, I engaged with Excel and PowerPoint to display data from the market, employee surveys, and predicted business implications.
