Strategic project manager for the middle-office Securitized Products (SPG) team (~120ppl). Worked on projects and initiatives ranging from technology (building new software, building out existing software to support new products, implementing vendor software); automation (implementing new automation tools like AI, RPA, Alteryx, UiPath, OCR, Tableau; identifying processes to be automated and building automation workflows); operational (analyzing and documenting key processes, improving processes e.g. payments); regulatory (TALF) and people (upskilling staff, initiatives to get staff working smarter). • Lead PM on TALF, a Federal Reserve stimulus program to prevent the collapse of US consumer markets due to covid-19. JP Morgan was only one of two banks to go live with TALF out of 24 banks, without JP Morgan’s readiness, the Fed would not have been able to launch TALF in time.• Proactively organized the first industry investor event to walk through the operational mechanics of TALF, I spoke for 40 minutes alongside the Head of Sales and Head of Trading. Over 500 investors attended the call.• Worked with over 13 stakeholder groups including technology, front office and risk to buildout processes and technology to support the launch of new structured products in the US and new territories: UK residential mortgage-backed securities; auto and student whole loans; Mexico consumer loans • PM on implementation stage of a multi-million-dollar vendor software aimed at modernizing the real estate warehousing business.• Analyzed processes across 11 SPG business groups, created pitch for senior management specifying the need for a platform to automate deal pipeline, due diligence and payment transactions.
