I advise on a broad range of EU and UK competition and foreign investment issues, including merger control, FDI filings, market studies and investigations, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance issues. I advise across all sectors but have particular experience in the lifesciences, consumer products and financial services sectors. I advise extensively on competition law risk management and compliance strategies and have attended raids conducted by the EU and UK competition authorities.In addition to competition law, I advise on public procurement matters supporting clients through government tender processes, as well as advising on sanctions and trade matters, working with clients to identify sanctions risks in commercial transactions and advising on compliance measures.
