Coordinating projects between creative, pre-press, operations, and manufacturing departments is a must. Along with working with overseas vendors/printers to negotiate pricing and lead time. Able to see the greater picture of each product and manage it’s production from concept to manufactuing, an excellent communication skills are needed for such backgroung, as well as great attention to detail. Evolutionized the production process in Children's/General and Cookbooks divisions. This experience has given me a unique ability to train new and existing employees to be more efficient while getting the job done.
