I am also the marketer for the inland empire, building quality relationships with the various Dr's, hospital and their referral coordinators, discharge planners and case managers. Being that we are a smaller agency we have a very high ratio of nurses to patients to ensure every single one of our patients, under our care gets the professional health care they need. We do all skilled nursing from wound care to IV care as well as all the therapies, i.e. physical, occupational and speech. We can coordinate DME and provide social workers as well. We are hoping to grow beyond our 50 mile radius within the next year. We are CHAP certified as well as Medicare and Medi-cal Certified.
