1. Find the best of the best candidates within IT, and present them to hiring managers that need employees with their skill sets.2. Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and pre-employment components involved in recruiting.3. Consult and partner with hiring leadership to identify position specific staffing needs through conducting an intake for each job search.4. Assist in developing sourcing strategy from intake/consultation with Account Managers and relay information to Recruiting Team.5. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, tenure and knowledge in relation to position requirements.6. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.7. Manages and coordinates post-screening communication with candidates through the offer and on-boarding process.
