My name is Caroline Dean, and I am a recent graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where I studied in the Program in the Environment (PitE) with a concentration in water resource management. After graduating in May, I joined Ecosystem Sciences, a private consulting firm in Boise. Looking ahead, I hope to pursue graduate studies in environmental policy or law.Through my AmeriCorps VISTA experience, I worked collaboratively with a team to explore sustainable living solutions and support Michigan's MI Healthy Climate Plan. Alongside AmeriCorps, I gained field experience from the Snake River Waterkeeper where I learned how to test for water quality in the Snake River. I am deeply passionate about finding innovative ways to protect our environment and contribute to the well-being of both our planet and its people.I am always searching for new networking opportunities to discuss energy, conservationism, and policy.
