I am a dynamic and innovative educator with 29 years of experience at all levels in K-12 education. My previous experiences include classroom teacher, middle school assistant principal, elementary principal, director of instruction and assistant superintendent of teaching and learning. I currently serve as the Superintendent of Schools for the Northgate School District.My main focus throughout my career has been on doing what is best for kids. In order to provide the best educational experience possible, I work diligently to support my team of educators to perform their best each and every day. As a team, we are willing to try new things, make mistakes and keep working towards success. We also work to instill this "innovator attitude" in our students so they are able to persevere in their future endeavors.
