I also took responsibility for relevant insurance and risk assessments for each event.· Securing of external funding for these events, including leading on the Playbuilder Project which received millions of pounds of funding to develop play areas across the County.· Lead on the “Toy Library” agenda on behalf of Staffs County Council for three years. This gave me control of a £10,000 annual budget for which I created a business plan and kept accurate financial records of what was spent, copies of invoices and evaluated effectiveness of how the budget was spent.
