The Vice President of Student Services is responsible for focusing on the continued improvement and growth related to career services, student affairs, student life activities, alumni relations, various other support services (survey management, title IX officer responsibilities, student conduct management, etc.), and the organization and execution of university events. Additionally, this role leads the university-wide student experience transformation project and discussions to ensure efforts across multiple areas are aligned and effective. The Vice President provides vision, leadership and supervision for staff, administers, monitors and reviews each program independently, formulates and implements policies, develops innovative strategies for providing services for students and alumni, engages in budgeting, leads strategic planning, and employs practices that foster recruitment, retention and enhances the overall quality of the student and alumni experience.

The Associate Vice President of Transfer Credit reports to the VP of Student Services and is responsible for focusing on continued improvement of the university’s transfer evaluation program. The Associate Vice President focuses efficient and effective process management, aggressive service level targets, efficacy of systems, and strength of transfer policies and practices. The Vice President provides vision, leadership and supervision for staff, administers, monitors and reviews each program independently, formulates and implements policies, develops innovative strategies for providing services for students, engages in budgeting, leads strategic planning, acts as a representative of the university among higher education organizations, and employs practices that foster student persistence and retention.

The Associate Vice President of Academic Advising reports to the VP of Student Services and is responsible for focusing on continued improvement of the university’s academic advising program. The Associate Vice President ensures advising best practices and adult learner needs are met in an online and engaging environment. The Vice President provides vision, leadership and supervision for staff, administers, monitors and reviews each program independently, formulates and implements policies, develops innovative strategies for providing advising services for students, engages in budgeting, leads strategic planning, acts as a representative of the university among higher education organizations, and employs practices that foster student persistence and retention.

The Director of Academic Advising focuses on continued improvement and growth related to the university’s advising programs, advising resources, and online personalized services. The Director provides vision, leadership and supervision for staff, formulates and implements policies, develops innovative strategies for providing advising services for students and alumni, heavily supports strategic planning, and serves as a mentor for developing staff.

The Manager of Academic Advising is the primary supervisor for front-line staff in the advising department, charged with personnel management and leadership responsibilities. The Manager leads a team of advisors, develops working relationships with staff to supervise, develop, guide, coach, and evaluate on a routine basis. The Manager provides leadership, supervision for staff, upholds policies, and measures the quality of advising services for students and alumni.

The Academic Advisor is a critical-thinking student services professional who uses formidable communication and analytical skills to guide, influence and encourage students through their academic journeys. The Advisor works with students daily and uses a variety of communication and work management tools to uphold academic high standards and promote student persistence and retention.

The Program Coordinator of the Children's Center organizes and hosts educational activities for retirement community residents and preschool student program members. The Program Coordinator plans weekly events related to community development, skill development, engagement, and relationship building. Ensure school mission aligns with retirement community needs and foster strong connections between the two organizations.
