To mobilize HPPC members to serve HPPC-supported Urban mission partners in the city of Dallas.

I oversee and coordinate our 35 staff and any visiting outreach teams' involvement in all the ministry efforts/activities we run or participate in in the local Rostrevor, Newry and Mourne District area. This can be anything from running Youth Alpha courses, Parent and Toddler mornings, elderly home visits, pub ministry, rubbish pick ups around the local community as well as educating and discipling a generation confident to spread the good news to their neighbors and the nations. All these things are done in an effort to promote and live out reconciliation, specifically between Protestant and Catholics but not limited to these two groups.

Lead our Discipleship Training School. 3 months training people to become missionaries and then 2 months leading these same people into the missions field.

Ran the restaurant and bar during daytime hours. Made sure operations and service were done well and that our customers left enjoying their time and meal with us.
