Lionbear Ventures, LLC brings solutions to communities that go overlooked by supporting small business creation and community development through the lens of sustainability and equity. I collaborate with a small team of grant writers to research and deliver successful federal and state grant applications and business plans in the areas of community development, agriculture, and sustainability.

I worked with the sales team to develop the best multichannel marketing plan for each client. I manage each account, implement strategic changes, and analyze campaign performance. I also wrote daily news scripts in collaboration with the News team.
