• Principal engineering contributor to incorporate revisions to the Warfighter Information Network–Tactical (WIN-T) Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Bill of Materials (BOM), Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE), and Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV) documents for scheduled cyclic deliverables to customer. Involves obtaining/verifying/reviewing data and collaborating with co-workers from many departments including: upper management, Engineering, Logistics, Reliability, Pricing, Operations, and Training as well as with sub-contractors and with employees from various departments on the customer side.• Generated and performed WIN-T Production Acceptance Test (PAT) procedures and coordinated testing efforts to ensure Configuration Items coming off the production line were successfully tested.• Systems engineering field support at various Army base sites during various WIN-T test phases: Supported and assisted the Transmission Subsystem group in connecting MPM-1000 modems to a network, troubleshooting transmission problems, and monitoring customer network testing from the Regional Hub. Responsible for testing setup and validating network support of the Secure Wireless LAN. • Defined and documented requirements in Performance Specifications, maintained requirements in DOORS, participated in systems/hardware/software peer reviews, and performed PAT formal tests for the WIN-T program. • Participated in the interviewing and hiring of many engineers designated for a new General Dynamics facility.• Received two Gold Eagle and three Silver Eagle Awards for excellent performance and contribution on the WIN-T Program.

• Defined and documented requirements in Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), participated in systems/software peer reviews, presented changes at the customer requirements reviews, generated Test Plans and Procedures, and performed Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E) dry-runs and formal test for the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) program.• Lead systems engineer responsible for the oversight and successful execution of EKMS DT&E Multifunction and Performance tests which involved interfacing with systems/software/hardware groups, monitoring 15-20 engineers performing operator roles, analyzing test data and preparing test reports.• Developed training material and conducted customer training workshop for EKMS.

The Singer Company, Link Flight Simulation Division merged with CAE-Link Corporation and then with Hughes Training, Inc - Link Division while I was employed there.• Performed preliminary analysis, design, development, and integration of real-time Ada/FORTRAN/C Avionics and Navigation/Communication systems software for several F-16, F-4, helicopter flight simulators and a Minehunter ship simulator. Systems included: Weapon model simulation, Replacement Stores Management System Simulator (RSMSS), Radar, Instructor Operating System, and Mine Warfare.• Incorporated war game model changes, used in a real-time command staff training system, to allow multiple Advanced Battlefield Computer Simulations (ABACUS) to communicate over a network using an Aggregate Level Simulation Protocol (ALSP).• Performed in-house and on-site installations, and participated in customer acceptances to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.• Developed and presented customer design reviews to detail functional design resulting in customer satisfaction.• Supported F-16 overseas field service in software mission generation, console operations, and pre-flight inspections.
