With 20 years of pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience in scientific development and clinical research working with leading pharmaceutical companies and CROs, CamMed recruitment is directed by Caroline Lock. Caroline started her career in the NHS and worked with medical professionals in academic and clinical environments across a variety of specialities. She joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1997 with Merck Sharp and Dohme before moving into recruitment in 1999. Caroline has recruited across a broad spectrum of executive and clinical roles and in 2006 was the co-founder of Clinical Professionals Ltd. In 2009 Clinical Professionals acquired Only Medics, a business focussed on the recruitment of pharmaceutical physicians.
