- Championed and oversaw the cost saving project process for Worsley Alumina (uncovered key cost saving opportunities, supported and tracked cost saving initiatives to completion)- Led regional capability building for procurement tools and best practices through delivery of training and knowledge share sessions

- Established new procedures and optimised maintenance plans for refinery equipment to reduce equipment downtime and improve process efficiency- Provided technical support to the maintenance execution team to resolve unexpected equipment breakdowns

- Supervised shifts and managed store operations (food production, sales, customer service, inventory, OH&S, etc.) at 3 CBD store locations- Designed and implemented new processes to improve safety performance, store cleanliness and team member knowledge- Mentored new shift supervisors-in-training and coached team members (including on-boarding and ongoing development)
