o Data Inputtingo High volume processing of Invoices, Delivery Dockets & Credit Notes received.o Payment runso Supplier Querieso Aged Vendor Reportingo GRIR reporting & Reviewo Clearing AP debit balances and credit notes not allocatedo JSOX reports (Debit balance, duplicate invoices for example)o Answering incoming calls regarding queries about payment of invoices.o Phoning Vendors to request invoices on Statements not yet receivedo Closing off of Purchase orders as requiredo Ad Hoc Admin Duties in my Departmento Excel & Microsoft office.

o Approved, Set up & Maintained suppliers & employees on SAPo SARBANES OXLEY complianceo Completed monthly Spend Reports. analysed and reported back results to the purchasing teamo Completed monthly Reverse PO Reports (PO’s created after invoice is received) analysed delinquent users and reported back on to the Country Finance Managers in order to drive greater complianceo Dealt with incoming queries about supplier set up, payment terms etco Maintenance of the contracts data baseo House keeping of data in NPS (Non production Spend System) and SAP – Periodic review of inactive and duplicate supplierso Analysis of payment termso Support to the purchasing group, Accounts payable and Expense teams
