Caroline has worked with Chairpersons, CEOs and other C-suite, senior management and non - executive directors and regulators to strengthen risk management, manage regulatory change and improve outcomes for business and customers. Caroline has operated at a senior level with Macquarie Group as a global leader of a Line 2 risk function in a fast paced and performance driven environment. As a Partner of a Big 4 consulting firm, she has also led major Non-Financial Risk reviews and improvement programs, and been responsible for the delivery of significant and complex projects for organisations including: Macquarie, CBA, NAB, ANZ, Commonwealth Superannuation, AMP, MLC and IAG.Her expertise is grounded in understanding organisational objectives, operating models, and the importance of promoting risk management and reputation in financial services organisations. As a result, she brings judgement and commercial acumen, combined with influencing skills and project management capability.Caroline thrives on developing and leading teams to drive risk ownership, and engaging with business leaders to deliver insights and recommendations to strengthen risk management and compliance.
