Having had a short career break, Caroline most recently led a Line 2 Risk function at Macquarie Group, Risk Culture & Conduct Risk, along with leading enterprise wide Operational Risk and Compliance reviews on behalf of the Group Risk function to identify enhancements to the strengthen the management and governance of these non financial risks.
