Caroline is the founder and director of I + D Studio, a boutique interior design agency located on Sydney’s lower north shore. I + D Studio started life twenty years ago as the design arm of McNally Architects but now operates as a completely independent business consulting to architectural practices, property developers and investors, real estate companies, commercial builders and private clients.Caroline is a graduate of Sydney Design School and has over 20 years’ experience as a senior interior designer in the architecture and design sector. She is highly skilled in concept development, interior design, colour consultancy, project management and procurement. She is also highly proficient in design software including Sketch Up, ArchiCAD, Adobe Design Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).Caroline’s design philosophy is the same for every client, no matter the size of the project: “Every space I create must evoke feelings of safety, comfort, warmth, engagement and motivation.
