Organized and managed the planning of the multi-national military operation, Noble Partner. Coordinated with 23 countries’ armed forces to plan the exercise design, concept development, scenario event list development, planning conferences, and site surveys. Executed cost analysis for $500k of the allocated budget. Composed and led bi-weekly executive update briefs to Senior leaders. Assisted with creating the exercise procedural doctrine.

Led and managed over operations and logistics for over 900 Army and Air National Guard employees; ensured proper coordination, material procurement, and preparedness to execute on strategic direction. Orchestrated operations and strategy for 47 vaccination, testing, and food bank sites in locations across the state. Established and maintained strategic relationships with local, state, and federal government agencies, GEMA, officials, and outside partners to promote collaboration and interface on joint efforts. Generated reports and briefings for leadership teams.  Hand-selected to coordinate the GA DoD COVID-19 response efforts; oversaw the successful distribution of over 180k COVID tests, 7M meals, and 600k vaccines. Recognized for leadership abilities and superior performance; selected to fulfill a position typically reserved for a higher rank. Created and managed the projection model to track over 400 individual expenditure accounts to comply with the US Government Travel Charge Card Regulations and ensure a timely and credited payment history.

Led research and analyses into security field operations within a classified environment. Interfaced with and maintained relationships with local, state, federal, and military agencies to identify, address, and prevent leaks of protected or classified information and technology.
