In Geneva during the spring of 2022, I completed an in-depth 30-page research paper that investigated the European Union’s efforts to follow the United Nation’s 17 sustainability goals. Conclusions were made based on synthesizing information from published journals, databases, and four interviews with experts on the topic determining that the EU can become climate-neutral by 2050 to achieve success in the environment, equity, and economy.
