Conference and release of third party invoice in the ERP.• Annual prevision must be made to all services that will be paid in the following year, in order to notify managers an estimate of how much will be needed in cash to cover liabilities.• Launch of invoices from suppliers, outsourced services, current expenses, etc. in the company's internal system. Assembly of daily reports, containing slips with maturities for the next two business days, for provisioning the balance, as well as a file containing all slips to be paid on the day in question to the finance department.• Direct consultation with the outsourced accounting company (Itamaraty), to support the due legal process involved in issuing or receiving new invoices. After services are completed (payment slips, invoice, banks ...) they are prepared and sent to the company for proper accounting with the responsible public agencies.• Analysis of all necessary documentation and data, collection of authorization from managers and / or director to register every supplier or new customer in Atapeças, as well as effective registration of them in ERP.

Monitoring of residential construction• Monitoring and conference of the services performed, aiming to maintain quality standards and compliance with the rules (Monitoring the concreting and tracking where each concrete truck was used, slump test, masonry conference (plumb, aligned, wedging, etc.)• Resolution of technical issues in order to meet all the details of the projects ( if the beam is out of alignment, check the best way to proceed ...)• Consultancy for planning services with contractors and owners (checking with them which service should be performed first so as not to compromise others)• Periodic reports of the work, pointing out progress, failures and suggestions. (A wall was built where it should be a passage, so it was suggested that an opening be made in the wall to conform to the project)• Calculation of necessary materials according to the project provided (Quantity of bricks, cement, sand, pipes, tiles, paint, among others.)
