I have worked at Cohasset recreation for 6 summers. I was assigned to an age group with 5 other counselors; in total the age group averaged around 80 plus kids. Each counselor watches over 14 children that were directly assigned to them. During camp we focused on keeping the kids active outside and engaged. Working with multiple other people I built leadership and communication skills.
