Current#Manage the speaker application and selection process in line with the event’s theme and vision.#Provide guidance and support to speakers during the preparation of their talks, ensuring alignment with TEDx standards.#Coordinate rehearsal schedules and offer constructive feedback to help speakers refine their presentations.#Serve as the primary point of contact for all speakers, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process.#Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure speaker information is accurately represented in promotional materials.#Oversee the logistics related to speakers on the day of the event, including backstage management, timing, and transitions.#Ensure that all speakers have a positive experience and are well-prepared for their presentations.#Facilitate ongoing engagement with speakers post-event, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotion of their talks.
