At FAR our mission is to develop new treatments for our loved ones living with ARID1B-RD to improve the quality of their lives. ARD1B-RD is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder. We are focused on bringing the international ARID1B-RD community together with world leading experts to bring the most promising treatments into medical practice as fast as possible.

Rosetrees, a unique venture philanthropy charity, has been supporting cutting edge medical research in the UK for over 35 years. Working in this role with the senior management team to support the development of the Rosetrees' current and future projects.

The FLF is the only charity dedicated to this specific type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Joined as the director to set up the charity with a brief to get the organisation established and primed for growth to enable real and lasting impact to be made for patients at speed.
