The Behavioral and Mental Health Advisory Council provides guidance, insight, and advice to Fraser's Board on program improvement and development and Advisors serve as organizational ambassadors within the community.

MOPS is an international Christian organization focused on encouraging and equipping mothers of pre-school aged-children. Coordinated bi-monthly and larger annual events for the East-metro MOPS chapter (125+ members). Cultivated relationships with local vendors to secure donations in support of MOPS events, and build long-term relationships with the MOPS organization. Served as an ambassador for the East-metro MOPS chapter providing insights and guidance to new and prospective members.

The Nativity County Fair is a non-profit event that supports the Nativity of Our Lord School and community. Hundreds of people attend the three-day event which is held at Nativity of Our Lord Church and has been an annual event held since 1975. The Treasury Committee oversees all financial aspects of the event which brings in over $1 million annually. The Treasurer serves for three years as a Co-Chair, Chair, and Chair-Emeritus.

Served as a member of Nativity's Parish Council. The Pastoral Council has 12 members selected for their leadership abilities, faith life, perspectives on organizational issues and volunteer activities.The Pastoral Council manages the parish's response to key issues impacting Nativity. It serves as the focal point for establishing the parish's vision, defining what Nativity stands for as a community, gathering parishioner views, researching issues, identifying internal and external resources and making recommendations to the trustees and parish administration. In addition to the standard council responsibilities, in 2005, Nativity endeavored on a $15M capital campaign project to renovate and upgrade numerous aspects of the school and church. The project was completed in 2008, on time and on budget.
