• Manage the schedule, budget, and client relationship for multiple projects related to integration of solar, storage, and other renewable assets for Utilities and Developers• Complete project deliverables for technical projects for a wide range of topics: commercial contract reviews, organizational strategy and processes, equipment procurement support, and more

• Monitor daily production and log outages for over 100 MW of solar facilities• Support field technicians remotely and identify cause of failure for a variety of solar inverters, combiner boxes, transformers, and monitoring equipment.• Review site inspection paperwork and complete monthly site performance reports for all monitored facilities.

• Oversee the selected peer leaders and support them in program planning and leadership development • Ensure that the goals of social justice education, intentional service, and meaningful reflection are met by every program • Delegate tasks and collaborate with the 10 other executive board members • Organize executive board meeting agendas and facilitate meetings • Serve as the liaison between Peer Leaders and ASE supervisors

• Designed and implemented a new program in conjunction with my co-leader by cold contacting different organizations in the Charlotte area that focus on human trafficking and domestic violence • Facilitated creative, engaging, and thoughtful reflections daily on the service being done • Educated participants on intersecting issues of the respective service and education through pre-departure information, guided reflection, and multimedia approaches • Lead programs to Cedartown, GA and Patillas, Puerto Rico and Charlotte, NC
