About Caroline Pierce

A 30 year career at the The City of Edmond working with City Management, Elected Officials and 100's of employees over the years. I currently help department heads fill their vacant positions with career minded individuals who embrace our culture and are looking for career's in municipal government. Police, Fire and 911 are the obvious public servants but I strive to also highlight our employees who display their talents in building and maintaining the City's infrastructure, Utilities and Community. Some of my favorite job highlights from the last 29 years include:Helping to develop our employees with exceptional customer service skills - train, train, and train them again. Assisting the City Manager with many special projects - I've worked directly with three City Manager's and they have taught me valuable leadership skills, project management and communication skills. In 1995 I worked closely with the United Way to introduce a charity campaign with our employee's. It was a great way to get to know the people in our organization and see how they care about others in our community. United Way gave me the Volunteer of the Year Award and it was a very cool moment in my life.
