Having run a diet and fitness franchise prior I decided to go into 1 to 1 fitness rather than group fitness. It is important that everyone can exercise with confidence. Often people get thrown by injury, ability or life I see my role as giving them back the confidence to exercise and hopefully fall in luv with it, like me.

Owned and ran this franchise covering the Wimbledon & Mitcham areas. Working with the NHS on a pilot scheme for 4 years. Employing people and also working with others on a profit share system. Hard work but enjoyed it until it became too much with two small kids. One of my instructors took over the business and it still runs today, under a different name. Proud that I started this business and it is still helping people stay healthy.
