Two Scoops is a creative agency whose mission is to help create more meaningful, positive relationships between brands and their customers. I manage our client relationships and business operations.

I'm responsible for the strategic planning, development, execution, implementation and reporting of all brand and tactical campaigns and managing the account management and design teams. I also offer marketing expertise and services that focus on attracting quality students.

I was responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing campaigns and activities for my clients (both domestic and international brands).I was also responsible for the financial targets of my team under a particularly unstable economic and political climate and successfully ensured my team was able to maintain profitable and sustainable accounts.

This role involved assisting the Regional Business Director with the Africa Middle East (AME) business for our major International client.I was responsible for all campaigns that ran across the AME region and I was involved with rebranding a globally recognized brand. I have also developed and implemented brand migrations and regional toolkits.

Clients I was directly involved with included Panasonic, Tranz Metro/Tranz Scenic, Positively Wellington Tourism, Aquarium of New Zealand and Seven Tiki Rum (42 Below Vodka Ltd).Responsibilities included delivering account administration in an accurate and timely manner, managing client relationships, maintaining control over all internal activity on jobs as well as financial management of projects.
