During my internship at Top Shelf Dog, I've gained extensive hands-on experience in diverse aspects of business growth. Working closely with the founders, I've independently spearheaded marketing initiatives such as crafting compelling collateral and managing influencer relationships. My role has expanded to business development and strategic thinking including pitching products across New England and implementing new sales strategies. I successfully organized a pop-up event in Martha's Vineyard, demonstrating my event management skills. Additionally, I've contributed to competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and leveraged email marketing metrics to boost sales. This experience has sharpened my skills in marketing, business development, event management, and strategic analysis, preparing me to contribute effectively in future business roles.

As a College Advancement Ambassador, I serve as a professional student leader who upholds Babson's core values to stakeholders and alumni of Babson at all advancement events. My role involves:- Hosting signature events and liaising with student organizations- Engaging with alumni to foster lifelong connections and philanthropic support- Representing students at key institutional events like Board meetings and reunions- Educating peers on Babson's history, traditions, and the importance of alumni giving -Conducting customized tours for various stakeholders

In this role, I supported the Advancement department's fundraising efforts by:- Managing donor relations through gift ordering and organization- Assisting with social media content creation and management- Supporting the planning and execution of major donor events- Handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operationsThis position offered valuable insight into fundraising operations and helped develop essential interpersonal and organizational skills crucial for advancement work.

This position allowed me to lead meaningful philanthropic initiatives, fostering community engagement and supporting children with critical illnesses through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. My role included:- Plan, organize, and host over 5 diverse philanthropy events - Collaborate with various campus organizations to maximize event impact- Engage the entire Babson community in Make-A-Wish Foundation initiatives- Serve as the primary liaison between Chi Omega, Babson, and Make-A-Wish Foundation- Raise awareness and educate the campus about Make A Wish Foundation's mission- Coordinate fundraising efforts to support wish-granting activities

I started LSA Teeniors to cultivate personal and meaningful relationships between La Salle students and our elderly neighbors in nearby senior centers, moving beyond the borders of our campus to extend our Lasallian mission to our local community in a positive way. Students will be provided with the opportunity to cultivate one-on-one connections with residents by participating in a myriad of activities which will include, but are not limited to, students corresponding as pen-pals, filming and sending uplifting videos, creating thoughtful care packages, planning, and putting on a variety of in-person social events, to name a few. This ministry of presence will provide companionship to our elderly neighbors while providing our students with an opportunity to grow as young men and women for others, who recognize the dignity of every human person.

I worked the front end of the store. Responsibilities included but were not limited to; checking customers out at the register, assisting in price changes and product orders, taking phone orders, selling cigarettes and lottery tickets, and assisting customers with bakery and coffee orders during the busy summer season. The store is located right across the street from the beach and attracts a large number of customers daily.

Alongside YEP! (Young Entrepreneurs Program) founders and advisers, I helped co-found a new branch of YEP! called Young-YEP!. This hands-on based course is designed for middle schoolers looking to learn more about entrepreneurship. We reached out and networked with middle schools in the Providence area and hosted workshops.

I was chosen to take part in a 6-week entrepreneurial incubator in which I learned more about entrepreneurship and what it means to spark change. Then, I prototyped a product and pitched it to a board of directors from Brown University.
