I am tentatively dipping my toes back into the world of work thanks to Alvie & Dalraddy Estates. My role is to support the marketing/pr of their multi faceted Highland Estate with a focus on Agritourism.

I was part of our Quality & Standards team and carried out VisitScotland Quality Assurance assessments of B&B, Small Hotels, Self Catering and Holiday Park establishments throughout Scotland. Also offering support to businesses to ensure that they met and exceeded the high standards expected by their guests.

Started work in RBS in 1979 and worked my way up from Branch Assistant in Ayton to Branch Manager in Comrie. I was one of the RBS first ever Customer Advisors when I was based in Inverness. My first great sales achievement was in my role of Customer Advisor in Invergordon Branch and as a result of the great team effort and my sales conversions we were the top Level 4 branch in the whole of the UK for 3 out of the 4 quarters.
