- Provide communication support and advice for internally and externally focused campaigns, initiatives and projects- Develop and implement communication plans aligned with the Company strategy, including research, presentation preparation and project management coordination- Create and manage distribution of content on behalf of North America for the Company’s key internal, external and social media channels- Establish and maintain internal relationships with a wide range of executives, leaders and employees on specific communication needs- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure Company brand, strategic direction and best practices are integrated into projects- Manage editorial content for print and digital communications, such as newsletters, brochures and pamphlets, from concept to completion- Member of the North America Crisis Communication Team in the event of an emergency
