I have a great experience in project management and creation of educational contents. I've been working with young people to help them feel like a part of society for ten years. I'm now developping pedagogical contents at Fundación Capital in Mexico promoting innovation in asset-building.In august 2016, I moved to Bogotá to start volunteering at the Colombian Commission of Juristsand support there communication section. Then I worked with Codhes (Consultoría para los Derechos Humanos y el Desplazamiento) investigating and researching about migrations and refugees. It has been an incredible opportunity to be in direct contact with the peace building. In Switzerland, I coordinated the national activities at Codap (Centre de conseils et d'appui pour les jeunes en matière de droits humains) a center that counsels and supports young people in terms of human rights. We offer training and educational workshops in which we share experience in the following areas: human rights, group dynamics, project management, communication strategies and fundraising. Before that I was involved with the Red Cross for almost 14 years. First I volunteered 8 years at Youth Red Cross in Geneva, until I founded the youth section in Neuchâtel. We started with social projects, but gradually we developed awareness projects to humanitarian values and discriminations. Then I was offered a job as volunteering coordinator. It involved to manage the volunteers teams and develop trainings to give them the tools to do their job. Again I had to create educational content. Until I finally was suggested to develop fundraising, communications and media relations.
