-- Plan and lead efforts to drive successful product beta programs and launches and manage implementation of the plan.-- Communicate value proposition of product releases and integration plan to Business team and develop supporting materials.-- Develop go-to-market vision, strategy and success metric for new products and ongoing initiatives to drive adoption of existing ones.-- Author developer-facing communication, such as blog posts and newsletters.-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineering stakeholders, business leads, corporate communications, to ensure alignment objectives and deliver product marketing communications.

-- Operationalize CRM as well as implementing strategy across CRM and eCRM efforts within the IMP process. -- Provide CRM training on the Commercial Platform process and consult to implement Commercial Platforms. -- Work closely with Digital leads to train them on the process and allow them to train others.
