I have now accepted a new challenge at a young startup providing digital solutions for the forestry sector. We are thriving to provide innovative tools for the forest with our platform for measuring timber with modern technology (AR and AI), managing timber data, and the marketing of timber. img.ly is a technology provider for cutting edge image processing solutions. Our goal is to make design more accessible to everyone and technologies like machine learning are important parts to make that happen.Our flagship product is the PhotoEditor SDK, which allows simple integration of a fully customizable photo editor for HTML5, iOS and Android. Within a year after launch, the SDK has already been licensed to hundreds of companies such as Disney, HP, Shutterstock and Zalando.My tasks included the following:- Strategic and operational development of img.ly GmbH- Product development of VE.SDK for mobile and web, CE.SDK (including pilot project)- Establishment and development of new departments: Sales, HR, and Support- Key account management for enterprise customers

- Business field development of Application Management (AM)- Creating the product portfolio with creative and operational services- Consultation and implementation of processes and internal structures of AM within the areas of project management, development, conception, and sales.

- Managing strategic partnerships (including Sony, Telekom, Medion)- Project management of software solutions- Idea and concept development for clients- Representation of the management and support, among others, in the areas of strategy, process optimization, representation, and quality assurance- Head of the HR (Human Resources) department- Responsible for improving internal processes within the company

- Contact person for ATL (Above The Line) jobs and partial projects in the daily business of the Fiat and Jeep client- Briefing the creative and service departments on campaigns- Competitor observation. Market research and research

- Coordination and execution of own projects (e.g., Hotelier Junior Day, ITB contest)- Supervision of Hall 5.1 with German and international exhibitors- Presentations in front of groups of up to 30 people

- Support for operations: organization, processing, execution, and invoicing- Development of specific travel programs for international customers- Correspondence with customers, hotels, and tour guides
