As an attorney at the Blum Firm, I represent individuals and families in a broad range of estate planning matters related to wills, probate administration & litigation, and guardianship administration. I advise clients on disposition of property, including the minimization of taxes, protection of assets from creditors, and counseling on proper use of funds. I also counsel clients on litigation avoidance techniques when appropriate, and am experienced in all phases of fiduciary litigation. Prior to practicing law, I served as a judicial extern for Judge Paul D. Stickney, the U.S. District Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Texas. I also worked under the Honorable Mary Brown of Dallas County before my summer associateship at Jackson Walker in 2017.
