As a Resource Coordinator for Freeport project in Gresik, I play a key role in supporting the Construction and Commissioning teams throughout the project's lifecycle. My responsibilities:- Coordinate with the construction and commissioning teams to ensure smooth mobilization of expatriate team members to Indonesia.- Help with the recruitment process of local team members - coordinate the medical check-up process, and support onboarding process.- Work with the team to ensure that all necessary training programs are conducted smoothly.- Oversee visa application process for international team members and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, ERP, address mutation).- Collaborate with on-site team to ensure their day-to-day needs are met, incl. coordinating resources, resolving issues, and providing assistance when needed.- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor and analyze vendor contract and resource costs, ensuring all expenses align with budget guidelines and receive PM approval.- Support finance team by providing data and help process invoices.- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and agents (negotiating contracts, coordinating deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise).

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support, I was responsible to support four departments : Quality Food Safety, Supply Chain, Finance Operations, and RNI, across four factories (Ciracas, Sentul, Jogja, Prambanan), Warehouse Cileungsi, and also Head Office.
