About Caroline Eads Toye

I believe that at some point in everybody's life, they have needed help. Most of us are fortunate enough to have somewhere to go, or someone to turn to when we are struggling. But what if you did not? What would you do?We are very fortunate to live in an area of tremendous growth and prosperity, and as we continue to look forward to the future we have a responsibility to turn around and see those that have been left behind.I am a huge advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility. Nonprofits, government agencies, and community leaders alone cannot tackle the issues of affordable housing, poor education, lack of health insurance and poverty. This has to be a collaborative effort, the business community has to be at the table. What I love about my job is that I get to partner with local businesses who want to make a difference in their community, they want to be at the table, and we will be change makers.
