I am a self employed, highly qualified driver trainer with over 15 years of experience of training and coaching individuals, groups and corporate clients. I specialise in work with full licence holders and on the safety aspects of driving in their business context. I have delivered training for many corporate companies in various lines of business via service providers and have delivered bespoke training and assessment on my own behalf.

I am licenced by the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme as an Instructor to train and assess individuals to become effective trainers for the suite of awareness courses currently delivered across the country. I have devised and delivered Train the Trainer courses to the majority of the NDORS trainers in the South West, working for TTC and for Wiltshire Council.

This role, undertaken on behalf of TTC involves supervising, training and monitoring 25 trainers across Wiltshire in their delivery of the NDORS suite of Police Refereed courses, such as Speed Awareness. I also manage 5 venues and the equipment in the region.

Delivery of the suite of NDORS courses to the public who have been referred for motoring offences. This is often a challenging role dealing with large groups of clients who do not wish to be trained and who believe they are being unfairly punished. My role is to help them to realise there are always some ways of reducing risk in driving and that it is often the things of life which get in the way of our intention to do so. I have been graded excellent in my delivery of the course by external assessor's for NDORS and am a trainer and assessor myself for the staff pool in Wiltshire.
