-Manage accounts receivable for all three business units for our OEMs customers: B2C, B2B and OHT.-Responsible for coaching and training 14 CSR’s (customer service representative) on implementation of new processes or problems with customers in the flow of customers’ payments.-Facilitate monthly and bi weekly meetings with all three different business lines in collaboration with sales, credit and customer service to eliminate recurring issues and minimize our past dues.
