I had worked as a Personal Assistant in the Mechanobiology Institute, National University of Singapore since March 2011 till January 2016. As a Personal Assistant, I was responsible for the management of travels arrangements, claims processing, calendar coordinating and meeting arrangements for the Executive Director of the Institute.Before working in Mechanobiology Institute, I was working in the Life Sciences Institute, National University of Singapore as a Personal Assistant to the Director of the Institute.Having worked as a Personal Assistant for Senior Management level since 2002 has given me the opportunity to gain experience both in coordinating the day to day running of the boss’ work as well as running of events on an international level.

I was in-charge of running and tallying all figures of the Quarterly Business Reports for the bank’s Business Team’s use.I had jointly created a base system for the department’s use to combine the report details of various sectors into one system using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access. This system was later used to create a bigger and more comprehensive system for the bank’s use.I ensured that all information for reports are received from the branches of all relevant countries in a correct format and in a timely manner.
