Co-founded Progressive Women in 2009, a charity aiming to increase female representation in power and leadership positions.Host networking, discussion, fundraising and training events. From sessions in the House of Commons with cross party MPs discussing women's representation to our women's leadership conference, I have chaired and facilitated a range of events. My main areas of expertise covered Aviation and Emissions Trading, Biofuels, and Local Government sustainability policy. I prepared evidence for government inquiries and consultations, including Select Committees in the House of Commons.

Researched and prepared briefings for Member of Parliament EFRA Select Committee meetings, APPG on Fuel Poverty, and speeches in the House. Managed the Westminster Office. Responded to press and public enquiries.
