My primary duties at present include writing comms about new security protocols for iPad users, including user guides and FAQs for Surrey County Council's intranet as part of a Modern Worker project.I am also project lead testing applications as part of a Managed Print Service project.

Offering support to various projects:Project Unicorn, migrating network/IP telephony provision across over two hundred sites. A high-profile, multi-agency strategic programme. My role involves liaising with engineers, sites and personnel across Surrey County Council, communicating with our users about the migration to the new network and resolving any post-goLive issues. “Modern Worker” iPad Trial: set-up and distribution of iPads to participants in the trial as well as introductory training for them and the creation, and assessment, of a feedback survey using Survey Monkey.“Making a Difference” Office Moves, co-ordinating the migration of people's data and ensuring their telephony needs were met. I was responsible for reconciling the budget spreadsheet at the close of the project, liaising with the Corporate Comms Team to run a County-wide phone “amnesty” and also providing ad-hoc support as required by the Project Managers including minute-taking.Other projects worked on include Hybrid Mail, Managed Print Solutions, MIDAS GIS Developer Contributions and TravelSmart (development of smarter travel website)
