Key Responsibilities:• Performance management of Regional Learner Engagement Team to achieve programme wide learner engagement targets.• Performance management of Regional Training Team to ensure high quality of programme delivery.• Developing and implementing quality documentation and observation practices to support the business' commitment to quality and compliance.• Designing and dissemination of high quality, appropriate learning materials and staff resources.• Management and growth of referral partner and employer relationships at all levels.• Supporting of HR processes at a senior level covering all activities from disciplinary meetings, investigations, appeals procedures, grievances and TUPE transfers.• Reporting to the Managing Director the monthly departmental performance against a set of pre-determined KPI’s.• Recruitment and selection process of Regional Learner Engagement and Training teams.• Effective management of the staff development and appraisal process in line with company procedures.• Work collaboratively with National Employer Engagement Manager to ensure that all delivery approaches have employers at their centre.• Effectively govern day to day operational activities of the Learner Engagement and Training teams.• Responsible for representing EQL Solutions at key employer events to promote and market our services and network with key stakeholders.• Effectively manage departmental profit and loss.• Monitor the departmental performance against contract value to ensure that maximum contract value is achieved.• Conduct key compliance activities to ensure company revenue streams are protected.• Make practical and effective use of internal reporting systems to analyse overall success rate & timely success rate data and departmental performance.• Support business development team in bid writing and tendering procurements.
