- Implemented a complete ETL process for a single data source, for a Business Intelligence system- Presented a poster on ETL processes for an audience of 100+ lab employees and interns, increasing buy-in for the lab-wide roll out of the new BI system- Updated an internal website using JavaScript, making it easier for lab employees to order from the lab employee shop- Prepared an internal white paper on the costs and benefits of Amazon’s Mechanical Turk in a federal lab environment- Trained for 20 hours in data cubes, snowflake & star schema databases

- Partnered with developers to update 5,000 employees on policy and tech changes 2-3 times a week- Wrote training that helped increase annual furniture sales from $60 million to $100 million- Led a four person team to create training for 3rd party software in two weeks, leading to the successful launch of international shipping- Trained the instructional design team on more efficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, increasing our overall productivity
