Having spent most of the first 18 years of my career in Supply Chain and Logistics I decided it was time for a change. My focus became a full-time mother of three and a part-time Swimming, Rowing, and Life Saving Instructor. Over the last thirteen years, my path has mainly been on my Swimming Instruction. In the last few months I was looking to increase my work to include my Life-Saving Instruction again but due to COVID 19 my career as an instructor has come to an end. Although it has been 11 years since I left Supply Chain and Logistics, I feel that I can definitely add value in a role within this field again. I fully understand that it has been a long time and that many things have changed. However the practices, principles, and values I gained remain the same. I joined Wincanton Logistics straight from University working as a Supply Chain Specialist, covering; day to day operations, project management, stock control, person specifications, training, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, I took a one year change in career to return to Dorset to help with father who was unwell and during this time I worked for Southampton University in their training department helping students with disabilities on software and hardware.I then worked for Accenture for ten years specialising in Automated Supply Chain working with clients to: Advise, Design and Implement Change to Supply Chain Solutions Clients: GSK| BOC | Footlocker | DeBeers | Sainsbury’s | Dell | Shell | Mother Care | British Airways | Matteson Walls | Muller | Pedigree | Britvic |
