Direct global business operations that support the Member and Society Relations function of CFA Institute to include oversight of all financial and budget matters, risk mitigation efforts through policy and procedure creation and implementation, and project management functions. Lead the efforts to manage the successful execution of contracts via liaising with Legal and Procurement.

Support business leaders throughout the Relationship Management and Member Value divisions to identify and advance opportunities to meet organizational objectives through defined client engagement, product goals, and KPI's. Effectively collaborate with Relationship Managers, product owners, and outreach teams to understand and communicate changes in our market segments, identify market opportunities, analyze and report on performance and risk relative to financial goals, and support and/or improve business processes. Manage operational aspects of internal processes (travel coordination, expense management, event coordination) through coordination with corporate support functions.

Responsible for the direction, oversight and successful establishment of over 200 fair, equitable, and secure global test centers and ensuring a quality testing experience for more than 200,000 candidates taking CFA Institute’s global CFA exam. Responsible for the execution of operational plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure on time delivery, quality products and services, and accurate outcomes through effective planning, research, and project implementation. Lead and motivate a team of professional staff to effectively implement decisions and deliver services. Direct the execution of strategic plans and risk mitigation initiatives, drive improvement in process efficiency, and champion employee productivity, development, and retention.

Led a team of Event Specialists accountable for planning, coordinating, and executing the tasks required to provide CFA Institute education programs exam candidates globally with a secure, fair, and equitable testing experience consistent with CFA Institute policies and high standards. Responsible for maintaining effective communication between CFA Institute and various exam-related business partners, testing personnel, venues, and vendors, to ensure accountability, collaboration, and appropriate business practices, while managing and mitigating the various risks associated with this volume of test centers. Maintained and improved existing CFA exam test centers and supported the establishment of new and special CFA exam test center locations worldwide. Upheld the standard for professionalism for which CFA Institute has a reputation.
