-Maintained accurate medical charts, transcribing patient histories, review of systems, physical exams,, objectives, and treatment plans. -Took initiative for the efficiency of the team and began scribing for both physicians daily, charting an average of 50 charts in a day. -Quickly learned the interface of new EMR system. -Built relationships both with patients and caregivers to ensure patient comfort and confidence in their healthcare needs. -Facilitated communication between patients, CNA’s, MA’s and physicians in order to ensure effective and high quality patient care. -Advanced knowledge by participating in training sessions as well as voluntarily time to learn more about Smart Phrase Managers and HPI smart tools.

-Initiated a successful Intergenerational Sunday School class which aimed to foster relationships between all ages at Bethesda which had a regular attendance of at least 30 people. Received and implemented feedback weekly to ensure optimal experience -Implemented a well supported Children’s Worship Readiness program to include and inform children of the importance and practice of the worship of God common to our congregation -Coordinated the Wednesday after school program from preschoolers to senior high which involved creating a schedule that is adaptable for the Choir program, setting up and organizing registration, communication with parents weekly, coordinating bus pick up from three different schools to the church, assigning and distributing curriculum for four classes, securing a volunteer system, as well as ensuring the safe pick up of children from the program and the fostering of a Christ-centered, loving environment -Participated and reported out in twice monthly meetings regarding Christian education; including presenting ideas on the improvement of the youth programs, parent education, and outreach. -Coordinated and chaperoned youth trips to conferences, as well as mission trips locally and out of state. -Prepared a children’s sermon every Sunday, involving communication with the pastor to coordinate messages

-Creatively designed up to 25 flower arrangements daily as directed by customer preference-Received as many as 350 incoming customer orders during holiday weeks-Promoted exceptional customer service by assisting customers throughout the store and over the phone with sensitive and special orders such as funeral and wedding pieces -Trained new employees on floral design, processing orders, assisting customers, and overall shop culture-Solely inventoried the entire store (over 2200 SKUs)-Assisted in educating customers on proper plant care and botanical information for a large variety of household and exotic plants-Adeptly learned on site identification and names of over 100 cut flowers and plants

During my time as a Student Instructor, I was able to organize and condense the lecture material into an engaging and beneficial discussion for fellow students. I was rewarded in this work by being able to revisit some of the finer details of the classroom material, answer challenging questions from peers, as well as build relationships with students I would not otherwise have had the opprotunity to connect with.
